* Spearheaded automated testing efforts across three adjacent projects, consolidating efforts and coordinating between 4teams, resulting in the saving of over 6 developer weeks. Submitted 1x invention disclosure to be reviewed by patent committee for consideration of patent filing.◦ Designed and led backend development with two software engineers to enable voice-initiated workout tracking on 3P fitness wearable device.◦ Designed and led frontend development for Alexa Maps widget with two software engineers using Alexa Presentation Language (APL) that resulted in 100,000+ installs.◦ Delivered service component independently to handle data subject access request (DSAR) and personal data deletion by integrating to company-wide portability system in order to meet GDPR compliance for the launch of a new data store.◦ Implemented internal (RPC-based) and external (REST) APIs for new CRUD service using internal web service framework and integrated service with upstream/downstream dependencies to enable customers to use Alexa app to track their workouts with Echo Buds.◦ Refactored two web services for internationalization (i18n) by integrating with internal string i18n service in order to launch Echo Buds workout tracking experience to 12 new locales.◦ Exercised operational excellence by setting up load testing infrastructure for five internal web services, onboarded services to fault injection testing framework, participated in company-wide coordinated load test events, and scaled services horizontally in preparation for peak events.◦ Participated in monthly on-call rotations to handle operational overhead and ensure services meets company-wide SLAs.

* Designed and delivered a proof of concept on-device platform responsible for executing deployed health metric scripts and sending collected metrics to designated consumers.* Investigated Linux filesystems (/proc, /sys), kernel feature (cgroups) and system calls in order to implement sandbox mechanism to control CPU, memory, disk and network I/O consumption.
