Together with my team, I developed an interactive game to improve youth’s level of awareness on taxes. Through meetings with tax officers from IRAS, I also offered deeper insights on topics of interest and embark on more intensive discussions on how to engage youths.

I was responsible for reconciling company's revenues, expenses, and ensured accuracy and completeness. I also compiled and analysed financial transactions and identified discrepancies of financial statements provided by clients.

I attended to taxpayers' enquires on Individual Income Tax matters through telephone calls through the Individual and Property Tax Helpline. I clarified any doubts taxpayers may have on tax assessment matters and clarified any doubts that taxpayers may have.I was also awarded the Compliment Certificate by IRAS for providing excellent service to taxpayers.
