 Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.  Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.  Address employee relations issues, work complaints, or other employee concerns.  Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.  Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.  Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.  Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate. Update organizational job descriptions across all departments Keep the organizational charts and the job descriptions up to date according to the hired and resigned status or any other changes that might occur such as promotions, resignations, transfers, changes in titles, etc;

• Build the Capacity of the training providers through a professional development plan (sending surveys, set meetings, searching in the internet about tools for improving the capabilities of the training providers in Egypt.• Being responsible for the international seminars between ITC and any ferine entities to improve the quality and value of the training in Egypt example ( ROI , return on investment methodology)• Being responsible for more than 70 training providers accounts ( reviewing the training plane which will be uploaded on the ITC database , reviewing the courses outlines and its effectiveness to the industrial sectors , negotiate prices and bench mark it ,then upload it on the system.• Being responsible for all the complains which comes for training department from the beneficiary company’s and training providers • Being responsible for reviewing all contracts (letter of commitment) signing the return it back to their account manager.• Being responsible for updating the contract between ITC and Training providers.
