For execution together with R&D and supply chain.

- Conduct external audit based on schedule to maintain product quality and effective quality management systems and processes in place.- Investigate the consumer complaint and non-conforming related incident, implement corrective and preventive actions. - Review the quality control process to identify the area of improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional team in commercial, activity management and logistics to manage new projects.- Data collection analysis on leading the lagging KPIs for management reportingSkills: Auditing, problem solving, risk assessment, data analysis

- Assist in managing Qa/Qc function effectively and determine if it is following ISO standard.- Participate in internal audit, external audit and supplier audit, follow up corrective and preventive action.- Conduct root cause analysis on consumer complaint and non-conformance incident. - Provide training on food safety and quality policy, GMP, HACCP to operational personnel.- Oversee the process inspection to ensure all incoming material to finished goods comply to the food safety and quality standards.- Liaise with cross-functional team activities related to safety management.- Responsible to conduct mock recall and traceability.- Ensure all the devices are calibrated and proper maintenance of the records.- Assist in R&D activities and stabilities studiesSkills: communication, problem solving skill, process improvement
