Primary point of contact for external contractors, architects, and suppliers involved in the construction of IU Health’s new flagship downtown hospital. The hospital is the single largest structure, and project, on IU Health's new 45 acre, 17 building health campus. Working with above stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract requirements and milestone invoicing and to resolve related invoicing and payment issues. Efforts have resulted in average monthly savings over $10K in unauthorized charges and expected to increase.
