Additionally, I supervised initiating a pilot project, launching a coalition focused on fostering racial and economic equity within Kalamazoo County.Key Accomplishments: Established a robust coalition of nonprofit stakeholders across the state to advocate for marriage and economic equality. Oversaw the distribution of over $9M in grants to advance social justice for LGBT individuals while also championing racial and economic equality. Guided the efforts of senior consultants to support the execution of coalition strategies.
