1 Responsible for IT recruitment to IBM in Kolkatta, Gurgaon, Pune and Bangalore2 Arranged walk- in for SAP Technical and Functional for IBM in Kolkatta, Bangalore, Pune and Gurgaon and Placed more than 85 candidates.3 My recruitment cycle includes understanding the client's requirements, sourcing & short listing profiles, validating candidates, coordinating interviews, and follow up with the selected candidates till they join client's organization.4 Identifying sources to generate Database like referrals, job portals ((Monster India, Naukri.com, Jobsahead.com, timesjobs.com)) advertisement and Headhunting.5 Handling preliminary HR Validation in order to assess the candidate's suitability to the client requirement6 Conducting Initial Technical interview with the internal panel 7 Scheduling interviews for the short listed candidates with the client.8 Liasoning with the clients regarding interview feedback & joining formalities.

1 Managing the entire recruitment process from Posting Advertisement, short listing of resumes, coordinating for written exam, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, completing the entire joining formalities a. 2 2 Induction for new joiners 3 Maintaining & updating the personnel file.4 Maintenance of Overtime sheet, Salary sheet for both Permanent and contract employees.5 Monitoring of absenteeism, late coming, unauthorized shift change6 Updating Attendance Leave Record.7 Preparation of salary Statements by giving inputs like LOP days, LOP Adjustment days, LIC Deductions etc8 Distribution and rectification of Salary slip.9 Preparation of Monthly reports that includes Absenteeism Report, Week off Payment Report, Holiday Off Payment report, Extra Hours payment Report , New Employees Report, No of employees Resigned with their Settlement details, Salary Expenses Statement, Canteen Expenses Statement, Transfers and Promotions Statement10 Preparation of Annual Statements for EL’s Encashment
