• Creation and conclusion of Trouble Tickets and the fault reporting for Direct Exchange Line (DEL), Direct Inward Dialing (DID), ISDN lines, International Toll Free Service (ITFS), Local Toll free numbers, Pay phones, Emergency Call Routing Services (ECRS) from local and overseas customers.• Customer co-ordination for the reported faults, liaise with the field technical team for the fault resolution, follow-ups and escalations. • Work with first level customer service team for the escalations, Hand-over of the cases to the next shift and take-over of the cases from the previous shifts. • Customer appointment for field technical team, handling of mailbox and e-mailbox password reset requests.• Police Requests for the tracking of the numbers, Hotline requests, Call screening for DEL, Mobile and HI-card subscribers • Activation and De-activation of RODS (Routing on Demand) requests handling including the customized RODS. • Fault closing for the DEL and ANO. • Reset of Web Portal password for Iphonenet Numbers.• Reset of voice portal password for Iphonenet Numbers.• Night shift activation and stand by co-ordination jobs for the DEL and Analog Leased Line Circuits (ALLC). • Hands-on exposure on the utility such as SPEAR. Handling of Fault Management System (FMS) and AVAYA. . Activation and Deactivation of call transfers for DEL lines .
