With a Master of Social Work degree from Nehru Arts and Science College and a certification in critical thinking from Project Management Institute, I am a senior lead for instructional design and content development at ASAP Kerala, a state-level initiative to enhance the employability and empowerment of the youth and marginalised communities through skill development and lifelong learning.In this role, I oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programmes and courses for various skill sectors and target groups, using instructional design principles, learning theories, and pedagogical strategies. I also manage the data migration and integration of the learning management system and the skill development portal of the organisation, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and accessibility of the data and the content.Previously, I worked as a programme manager at ASAP Kerala for more than eight years, where I planned, implemented, and monitored various skill development initiatives and projects in collaboration with various stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries. I also contributed to the training and development of the faculty and staff, as well as the coaching and mentoring of the students and trainees, using effective feedback, communication, and facilitation skills.I am passionate about applying my critical thinking, empathy, and problem-solving skills to my work, as well as learning new skills and technologies to enhance my professional growth and development. I am motivated by the vision and mission of ASAP Kerala, and I aspire to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives and livelihoods of the people I serve.
