I am a Research Scholar and Teaching Assistant at IIT Dhanbad (Indian School of Mines), specialising in Agriculture and Developmental Economics and Gender within the Department of Management Studies and Industrial Engineering. My academic journey has been enriched by diverse roles and experiences that have shaped my research interests and teaching methodologies.Previously, I served as a Guest Faculty in Economics at Government College Kattappana, Idukki, Kerala, where I had the opportunity to engage with students and share my passion for economics. My role as a Research Assistant at the Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, provided me with valuable research experience, particularly in the areas of finance and taxation, and honed my analytical skills.My research aims to contribute to the understanding of the economic dynamics of agriculture and gender, focusing on policy implications and sustainable development.
