Consistently organizing and leading technical seminars for key customers and stakeholders Developing and implementing regional commercial Business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that the performance metrics and sales objectives of the organization are met. Monitoring the latest market trends, competitive activities to identify opportunities for commercial growth and potential threats to the business. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with distributors, channel partners and other stakeholders, while consistently monitoring inventory levels. Conducting regular Performance evaluations of team members. Ensuring that necessary development training and feedback are provided to support their development and success.
