- Designed and implemented key components of ARTMIS that facilitates procurement and distribution of health products to over 30 countries - Developed supply chain information systems maturity model (SCISMM) tool in collaboration with USAID advisors and conducted maturity assessments in various countries including Rwanda, Malawi and Guinea- Led initiatives such as adoption of global standards (GS1), implementation of national product catalogues (NPC) and supply chain systems at country level to enhance end-to-end visibility and traceability - Supported country adoption of global visibility and traceability platforms such as global family planning and visibility network (GFPVAN) and traceability and verification system (TRVST)
