Responsibilities:• Hiring domain expertise consultant as per the client's requirement.• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or relocation.• Involve in W2 Contract and Corp to Corp hiring handling Application tracking Systems like Job Diva, Monster, and Ceipal.• Dealing with the candidates on Various Tax terms like W2, C2C (Corp to Corp).• Good experience in Visa like H1B, GC-EAD, CPT, OPT.• Involve in the entire Recruitment lifecycle process such as Sourcing resumes from job diva, Initial resume screening, interviewing, and rate negotiation.• Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.• Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as databases, networking, LinkedIn, Recruiter and job portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, or employee referrals.

• Responsible for full hiring cycle, including sourcing; pre-screening and locking candidates.• Supported Account Managers in process of Recruiting Corp-to-Corp/W2/1099 consultants and negotiating and resolving vendor and client issues.• Finalized the Pay rate formalities with the Vendors and Consultants.• Coordinated and interacted with Accounts Manager for all activities of recruitment for existing as well as new ones.• Developed interview schedules, acted as the first point of contact with potential candidates for phone screen set up, coordination of interviews till final feedback from the client‘s side.• Searched on various technology based requirements, getting the positions from the clients, also submitting the suitable profiles obtained from searching various job-boards or receiving resumes from the trusted vendors.Recruiting for various domain positions including (but not limited to)Business Analyst, IT Analyst, SQL Developer, Java Developer, .Net Developer, UI/UX Developer, Front-end developer, DevOps Engineer, Sitecore developer, Application Developer, Big Data Engineer, Data Engineer, Hadoop Engineer, Project Manager, Program Manager, Back-end developer, Oracle DBA, Full Stack Developer, QA Analyst/Engineer, Technical Writer, UX Researcher, Business System Analyst, Network Engineer/ Architect, System Admin/Engineer, IT Support, Azure Full Stack developer, MSSQL DB Admin & etc.
