As a senior Clinical Scientist in Translational Immunology group, I review and interpret clinical oncology study data from patients enrolled in PACT-0101 Clinical trial for treatment of solid tumors. I collaborate with eight different functional groups to integrate clinical, genetic, tissue quality and product attribute information for selection of the most optimal personalized adoptive cell therapy. I also maintain and analyze complex datasets to glean trends across patients and provide support for building custom machine learning models for prediction of treatment success. Recently I led projects for patient selection criteria, genomic and pharmacodynamic biomarkers. I am the SME for automation of study reports for 6 different teams and responsible for filing of regulatory documents, and contributing to IND applications, conference posters and publications. I provide clinical trial oversight-review of ICFs, protocols, patient pathology reports, CRO data etc.
