Present the timeliness of the project to the global and local leadership teams.• Lead re-organization of the teams within the organization for the better customer experience and focus on respective value chain. • Collaborate with onshore functional teams to understand, analyze, tabulate and interpret matrices and balance scorecard result to identify trend gaps and provide reports to CS BSC management.• Execute operating council, operations & stewardship meeting, Planning & Budgeting.
