Engaged in doing Accounting, Auditing and Taxation Work. Account Executive• Examine accounting records and prepare financial statements and reports including financial planning and forecasting.• Verifying sales orders, vendor payments and posting all the journals in respect of accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash and bank in QuickBooks.• Reviewing daily sales to cash and bank account reconciliations• Reviewing the purchase orders, invoices and payments in the system.• Analyzing vendor payment schedules and preparing vendor ageing report.• Preparing and analyzing monthly cash flows and working capital.• Settling daily credit card payments and performing daily sales to cash analysis of all payment modesand preparing and evaluating the variances• Analyzing and reviewing the financial reports prepared and comparing with the previous years and understanding the reasons of variance and reporting it.• Preparation of Projections for the clients for the future years based on current year’s performance and submitting the required documents to bank on behalf of them to acquire loan for their expansion and operations.Tax Accountant• Preparing tax plans and ensures timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax returns, viz. VAT, Income Tax, Service tax, T.D.S. formalities in compliance with Statutory Tax Acts.• Preparation of Tax statement and calculating withholding tax on employees’ salaries.• Computation of advance tax, deferred tax, income tax for the company and filing of tax returns.• Guiding clients on tax planning and savings.• Ensuring that all new tax legislation and changes to company structure are taken into account for in the working papers and return.

Article Trainee (Audit and Assurance)• Participates in pre-audit surveys, assembles and analyzes operational and financial data and identifies areas for subsequent audit• Makes recommendations to Management based on audit findings • Recommends changes to audit program, audit department policies and procedures • Performs year-end physical inventories in all divisions and documenting the stock report including comments in relation to variances if any.• Reporting to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.• Planning financial audits and identifying risk areas for the purposes of auditing• Assesses compliance with financial regulations and controls by executing audit program • Examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.• Assesses risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance and process weaknesses and inefficiencies.• Verifying assets and liabilities by comparing and analyzing items and collateral to documentation. • Decides methodology to be followed for particular audit tests.
