Provide extensive customer service in assigned stations at different lounges onboard the Ship. Setting smart goals and objectives, Excellent and comprehensive service to the guests needs,evidence based implementations of customer care, evaluation of goal based outcomes.

Have extensive experience of more than 10 years in administration, Secretarial, Customer Service and Sales field.Past careers in Airlines, Petroleum company and Cruise liner field.

Customer Service

All the ground services in the terminal and traffic office as follows Guest service and assistance for the Business Class , VVIP and VIP passengers from check-in to the boarding gate. Prepare Passenger Manifest and all the post flight reports.Supervising in check-in for Economy Class passengers. Teamwork in all Flight Take-off and Landing ground formalities.Update all the daily, monthly, preflight,postflight and statisitcal reports.

Instructing the students on subjects like- Customer Service, Presentation, Handling Customer Complains, Telephone Manners, Selling Skills etc

Customer service as trained by the company so called "Five steps to Five star service". Providing Customer service, promoting sales, cashiering, merchandising, handling fast food in the Convenient stores located in different petrol stations. To provide all these duties sincerely and in a very active and convenient manner to win customers satisfaction. All these excellent service was the key to gain more customers everyday which finally lead to increase in sales to the company. Several times made me the winner of the Best Salesgirl title.

Worked as Office Administrator in the News paper's editorial office under the Editor. Helping in layout of the newspaper. Handling the phone calls. Taking care of the appointments for the Editor. Handling also the accounts and salaries of the employees.
