FORCE is a non-profit that works all India for Climate Change through action for Water Security, WASH and Waste Management. Awarded at the National Urban Water Award (2009) instituted by Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India, FORCE is a grassroots organization that conducts a wide variety of programs all over India. It then uses its grassroots learning and networks to inform and support policy change, knowledge sharing and facilitation. The aim is to support policy makers, market leaders, social innovators and communities for creating a water secure world having access to sustainable sanitation. I am the Founder President of FORCE Non Profits that includes FORCE NGO And FORCE Trust. I am an economics graduate from Hindu College, University of Delhi and business management alumnus from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore, I have worked in the For-Profit sector for many years before founding FORCE (NGO) in 2004. I am a part of the global Ashoka Fellow network and was a Taubman Fellow at Brown University, USA. I am also currently Visiting Faculty and Mentor for Social Entrepreneurship at IIIT Delhi. I have been nominated to several Policy making and Advisory Committees for Water Conservation, Safe Water and Sanitation of the Indian Union and State Governments.
