I have advised organisations and practitioners on DEI, processes, systems, work cultures, CSR and narrative shifts. I am an ex Country Director of Gender at Work India Trust where I conceptualised vision, managed and led the organisation and collaborations with the non profits, UN organisations and corporate organisations. I am passionate about education, culture, communities, creation, evironment and the planet. Chevening Scholar (2014-15), I was awarded 40 under 40 by Edex in 2020 and was featured as Cosmopolitan India Blogger Award Nominee in 2023 and Linkedin Top Voice for Social Impact (2022) and my work is known across sectors nonprofit, films, arts, theatre, activism, academia and writing.
