With its two mother companies coming from the movie industry, MKO Games is a transmedia studio offering a new way of creating entertainment based on universal IPs developed on several medias: movies, TV series, video games and social medias.- Business development in collaboration with the CEO.- HR and team building, - Agile methodology training.- Productions management on consoles, Facebook and mobiles devices.

In charge of the production of several projects (including Top Spin 1 on Playstation 2, Top Spin 2 on Xbox 360 and Top Spin 3 on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360), and a 1st party project with SCEE. Working with 2 producers assistants dedicated to the day-to-day project management I was also in charge of all the relationships with:- licensors: US Open, Roland Garros, Nike, Wilson, Professional tennis players agents…- worldwide Take2 teams including publishing, legal, marketing, PR, QA.- outsourcing companies for assets production, facial animations or dynamic advertising

Perfect Production was an independent executive production company founded and owned by industry veterans. We worked as external independent producers:- for Vivendi Universal Games on The Indigo Prophecy (aka Fahrenheit).- for banks, financial companies or production founds

Based in Paris and Toulouse, Carapace was a 70 people development studio and a production company. The studio was the exclusive owner of the Roland Garros license and released each year a game based on that license. My mission was to build a new studio able face the new next gen consoles challenges. I increased the development team from 15 to 60 people and set up new production process and quality control procedures. In the same time, we signed and launched the production of 4 different games.

Executive Producer for the Infogrames Sports studioResponsible for the “Extreme Sports” line up:- production management and the reporting to the executive publishing committee- budget and the legal aspects (licenses, outsourcing…)- link with the other publishing teams: marketing, PR, territories… Senior Producer for the Infogrames Motion studioProduction of highly ambitious action / adventure games such as (Outcast or Hexplore) and a 3D animated movie. Outcast received lots of awards all over the world and still is considered as the most innovative and ambitious game of its generation.Producer for the Infogrames On-Line studio and manager of OCEANLINE, an online gaming platform in 1995! Production of several online games.
