1979年生まれ。シンガポール出身。2004年日本に来日、2008年東京で株式会社 OpenMarketsの共同設立者で、テクノロジー関連業界のエグゼクティブ サーチ部門を統括し、アジア・太平洋地域における半導体、ネットワーキング、テレコム、ソフトウェアなどIT分野でVP、カントリー・マネージャー、ディレクター、その他のシニアクラスの管理職サーチに従事しています。2010年にシンガポールへ戻り、東南アジア支社　エンティオス コンサルティング (ENTHEOS) を設立し、代表取締役就任。 2004年ニューサウスウェールズ大学（オーストラリア ）に留学て国際ビースネスの学位取得し、2011年 INSEAD 社会的起業家、2014年 Stanford-NUS エグゼクティブ･プログラムを修了。シンガポール軍隊で兵役を務めた経歴を持ち、日本語・英語・中国語・福建語の４ヶ国語が堪能。 Joe is the founder and Managing Director of ENTHEOS where he focuses on executing senior-level search assignments across all functions from CxOs, Asia Pacific VPs, Country Managers, Directors and other senior management roles in Semiconductor, Automotive, Industrial Automation, Power Plant & Heavy Engineering, Enterprise Solutions (IoT), Cybersecurity, Telecommunicaton-Mobile Tech/ Adtech, and other technology related areas. Backed by Japanese angel investors, he started his first venture, OpenMarkets K.K., in Tokyo in 2008 and diversified original headhunting business into four other business segments with his Japanese partner. Riding the global financial crisis, the company grew from 2 person startup to 50+ employees by 2011 (350+ incl. Haken contractors), US$0-> US$10m+ rev. and eventually sold to a fast growing Japanese firm in 2012 after 3.11 Great East Japan Earthquake. Joe has a deep passion for technology from young age and dedicated to lifelong learning, greater wisdom, synchronicity and stoicism. He started work unofficially at the age of 6 and enjoyed building his poor man's computer (Windows 95) from 1995 till 2006. He holds a BA in International Business from UNSW Sydney; minor Film Studies where he was exposed to film making & critical theory, Alfred Hitchcock, film philosophy, allegory in film, documentary, and regional cinemas. He also attended Executive Education Programmes at National University of Singapore, INSEAD, Stanford Graduate School of Business and more recently cybersecurity, philosophy courses on Coursera during his free time. He is a former Military Police of the Singapore Armed Forces with Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), and speaks Japanese, English, Chinese and Hokkien fluently.
