As a Human Resources Executive at Digitaez, a leading digital transformation company, I am responsible for overseeing the HR operations and talent management of the organization. With the help of my team, I support the recruitment, retention, and engagement of diverse and talented employees, as well as the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices. I have been working in the HR field for almost two years, having previously served as a Human Resources Officer at AgriDunya Technologies, a startup that provides innovative solutions for the agriculture sector, and as a Talent Acquisition Officer at ibex.
