Lattice helps companies align, engage and grow their employees. As COO, I supported our business teams – sales, marketing, customer experience, analytics, operations, finance and HR. As President & CPO, I supported our engineering, product and design organizations. During my tenure, we grew from 1M to >100M in ARR, 28M to 3B valuation, >60 NPS, >120% NDR, burn multiple <1.25 and earned Best Place to Work awards by Fortune and Glassdoor. I’ve also had the pleasure of serving as an early stage investor and/or advisor to over 40 startups including Agentsync, Etched, Parabola, Primer, Rewatch, Rupa, Sprig, Vanta, Verifiable, Writer and many more. Prior to Lattice, I was GM and VP at Zenefits, where I built, launched and scaled the payroll business before leading company operations. I had previously co-founded and led Ceiba College Prep, a nonprofit public charter school that prepares historically under-resourced students for success in college and life.Technology is once again magic. While I have experience directly managing large (500+) person teams across GTM, EPD, as well as G&A, I've always felt most fulfilled when making new and impactful things with people that I enjoy and admire.
