In charge of workstations, telephony (fixed and mobile), videoconferencing and Airwatch/Intune MDM for the Pierre Fabre Group, I am responsible for the following tasks in an international context:- Infrastructure maintenance and administration, supervision of associated project management and coordination of on-site correspondents. - Upgrades and project management (site opening/closing, physical infrastructure, connections, new technologies/solutions) - Monitoring invoicing for all telephony operators, and liaising with the Group's accounting and HR departments.- Interface with our outsourcers/partners, our internal customers (IS Business Sectors, Business IT Partners, etc.) and our end customers (French and international users).- Build & monitor project schedules and budgets.- Definition of all Pierre Fabre workstation and mobile equipment masters (hardware, software components and configuration).- Level 3 support (expertise) on SCCM, Intune, MDE & Airwatch solutions, as well as on the configuration of workstations, tablets, iPADs, etc.Scope :- 12,000 analog and digital telephone sets- 12,000 workstations- Alcatel infrastructure of over 50 autocoms for 6,500 users- 9800 cell phone users- 60 Microsoft Teams RoomsManagement of all operator billing in France (excluding WAN).Fixed and mobile telephony budget (including data): €2,500 K per year.
