I began working on a contract as a Security Officer in London. I was promoted to Team leader where I created an operation and paperwork from scratch. I quickly gained favour from the client due to the speed, progress and professionalism of our operation. I then stepped up to become control room supervisor stepped in as acting duty manager on days the duty manager is off. I have been a huge part of the operation, assisting to develop and implementing my own ideas and procedures which have become accepted by several of the other service providers. I have also helped the company set up a full management structure, including assisting with setting up staff databases and maintaining rotas for 100+ staff. I also assist with recruiting and training of staff as a Staffing and Recruitment Manager.

I was a valued member of SB Security Solutions team where I have worked as a Security officer at many prestigious events and venues including working Backstage at Wembley Arena, in TV Studios and locations for the BBC and Channel 4 such as Top Gear and TFI with ginger productions. Aswell as several London council events and Festivals including Wilderness, SGP, Boomtown, Silverstone race meets & Continental Drift events and much more.

I carried out similar role to the first company however after a short period of time dealing with stewards my main focus became recruiting SIA staff. I also worked as a doorman and occasionally as the head doorman at Carbon Bar in Marble Arch

I worked for a company as a stewarding operations manager for some time developing my deep interest for this industry.I carried out recruitment, interviews, training and admin for mainly stewards but also at times for SIA staff as well. I attended most events where I would be supervisor level or higher but also have the capability to step back into a staff role where necessary. Jobs varied from film premieres to festivals, racing events and door work.

Olympics

My first role in this industry was working for G4S during the olympics where my potential was very quickly realised and was often used in response teams and when necessary as Team Leader
