(UST) provides services and products in the area of preservation and stabilization of sensitive bacteria, viruses, biopharmaceuticals and highly sensitive small molecule pharmaceuticals at room or higher temperatures. Served as a part-time Director of Business Development under a contract that lasted for two years. Responsibilities included leading intellectual property management, licensing, and strategic collaboration. Implemented an internal intellectual property management system, hired and trained a manager level employee to manage patents on a full-time basis.

Summer internship split between criminal and civil units. Researched various criminal and commercial legal issues. Drafted office memos, court motions and appellate briefs. Attended court proceedings and litigation training seminars.

Co-founded an Internet based start-up selling advertising space to property owners and managers for a rental properties website.
