After working for two governments (Guatemala and the United States) I am particularly interested in governance with a focus on human rights. My background in public law was acquired as a legal practitioner and officer of the court. I am capable of providing legal guidance in short timeframe and under high pressure. I believe in second chances and education to make dreams come true.
