Funders Together to End Homelessness mobilizes its members to use philanthropy’s voice, influence, and financial capital to end homelessness by creating and advancing lasting solutions that are grounded in racial and housing justice, driven by love and disruption, and centering people with lived expertise. As the Programs and Communications Manager, I manage all the email communications, newsletters, website content, and social media.

As a member of Embolden's Executive Board, I lead the student outreach team in recruiting high school students for our tuition-free student leadership programs. In addition, I manage our volunteer program, serve on the equity board, launched our first webinar, and have written several informational blog posts for students. Through our combined team efforts, we received over 80 applications for our inaugural winter program and have seen nearly 500+ students benefit from our programs.

This included training team members, running KPI reports, designing email campaigns, and taking on leadership of key projects. I also managed outreach for the Environmental, Social, Governance Center.I have helped recruit C-suite executives and company leaders, culminating in more than 75 new memberships across our councils program, ESG Center, and sponsorships. Collectively, this has contributed to more than one million dollars in earned revenue. My passion for education led me to serve as an Assistant Dean of Admission at William & Mary. During my tenure, I read and evaluated more than 2,500 applications from high schoolers across the country, managed a team of 95+ student volunteers, and served as the blog manager for the William & Mary Admit It! Blog. As the regional dean for 12 different states, I travelled across the country to different college fairs and high schools, speaking to audiences as large as 300+ people, visiting as many as 5 high schools a day. I managed 25+ Salesforce email campaigns, presented during our twice-daily information sessions, led our weekly shadowing and class visitation opportunities, and coordinated our largest events of the year -- namely Admitted Students Day and prospective student yield events.On the multicultural recruitment team, I helped prioritize educational equity during application reading and recruitment. I supervised five interns and dozens of volunteers for our multicultural recruitment yield events. This culminated in a 79% program matriculation rate and the most diverse class in William & Mary's history.

• Created and implemented 90+ academic, social, and educational programs to fulfill needs of freshmen.• Fostered relationships with 26 residents through mentorship, community development, and advising.• Mediated conflicts, enforced rules, and served as a first responder to emergency crisis situations.

• Appointed as the primary undergraduate representative to serve on school-wide committee• Evaluated proposed initiatives, including new first-year seminars, majors, and joint-degree programs• Crafted educational policies for the newly designed curriculum and voted on 150+ course proposals• Secured approval for William & Mary's first Native Studies and APIA Studies programs.

After one year of serving as a freshman resident assistant, I became Hall Council President where I served two consecutive terms programming for an entire dorm complex and later the entire campus. ∙ Planned and executed campus-wide programs for over 850 residents over two elected terms.∙ Directed weekly meetings, managed a budget of $10,000, and spearheaded communication with residents.

• Composed grant application and report to the Hewlett Foundation and was awarded $3,000 to conduct development research.• Spearheaded project aimed at increasing the resilience of socially vulnerable populations in Columbia and the Philippines.

I worked to develop a marketing strategy for VP of Health Promotion Kelly Crace and the newly established William & Mary McLeod Tyler Wellness Center.

• Spearheaded inaugural week-long homelessness and poverty event to educate community about the issues.• Directed documentary on homelessness in the city, interviewing people who were forced into the margins.• Collaborated with content creators – artists, musicians, and speakers to share experiences with poverty.• Produced visual graphics, written content, and research to challenge existing narratives about homelessness.• Hosted policy panel with policy experts and community leaders to discuss how to address housing issues.• Built relationships with those struggling by providing nourishment through food and intimate conversations.

• Strengthened campus community by conducting over 36 in-depth interviews to explore compelling personal narratives• Published interviews with diverse perspectives, including the marginalized homeless population or those with disabilities• Launched new online social media and blog platform, with some posts amassing greater than 32,000 views

• Founded organization as space to discuss Asian-American identity and advocate for APIA major program.• Campaigned successfully to create W&M’s first APIA Studies program, the first of its kind in the region. • Fundraised over $10,000 over several months to bring Kristina Wong, Mitski, and Hari Kondabolu to campus.• Published social media posts related to APIA advocacy, with some posts amassing over 52,000 views.• Facilitated conversations about identity, immigration, mental health, human rights, and representation.• Received Christopher Wren Society's 1832 Award for Outstanding Student Organization and was recognized for Active Citizenship and Advocacy by the W&M Student Assembly

• Revitalized Foreign Assistance portal through research and consulting to provide tool for assessing international aid • Generated official report to State Department developers addressing key concerns from different stakeholder groups

• Hosted mass voter registration drives, resulting in a 86.7% registration rate among eligible voters. • Built a team of 20+ volunteers, including an entire freshman seminar to assist in registration efforts. • Mobilized campus to Get Out the Vote, resulting in a 15.3% higher voting rate vs. the national average• Partnered with organizations like APIA Vote to increase voting participation among students of color.• Facilitated follow-up communication with newly registered voters with text and digital communication.
