I am a retail capital markets and leasing specialist at Newmark with 20 years of experience working in the greater New England region. My primary role on the capital markets team is advising our clients on the disposition of retail and mixed-use assets with my partners Rob Griffin & Paul Penman. Since joining the team in 2020, our retail team has completed 100+ transactions totaling 16M SF with a value exceeding $5 billion and are consistently ranked the top retail brokerage team in New England by RCA, including the past three years in a row.
