ELE.ai was an artificial intelligence professional services firm that was focused on helping businesses use AI to solve challenges. Built the company to 10 people including a small data science team and worked with large customers including Dow Jones, Blue Cross Blue Shield and a bunch of small firms. Realized that the market was too early for AI with most customers doing POCs instead of production workloads. I call this period nearly 2 years of very very expensive education. Unlike some I record my successes and failures.

Established a global services consultancy doing business in the US with an offshore India delivery center. We delivered niche services around Microsoft products including BPOS-D Microsoft original Office 365 cloud offering.Clients included :EMC, Westcon, Connecticare, HealthExtras.

During a short break I went to Australia and delivered a BizTalk solution architecture for BNP Sydney Office. Helped the team at BNP deliver BizTalk to a nearly impossible schedule... fun in the sun.

Established the BizTalk practice for Conchango (EMC) US arm. We delivered 3 projects and had a number of FTE's reporting directly to me.

Adventures in BizTalk Architecture using Sharepoint, SWIFT and MQ Series. I helped UBS deliver BizTalk globally.

Successfully architected and delivered the first ever BizTalk solution in Barclays.

Architected and delivered a BizTalk 2004 solution for Carcraft. This system automated the car application approval process. The solution linked with 7 different large finance vendors including GE and Blackhorse.

Worked in Perth, Australia with BankWest to deliver their eCommence business banking solution. Delivered using a third party tool called EDIFACT and BizTalk 2000/2002.

After just 4 months with starting with Phoenix I rose to the rank of senior consultant from an associate consultant, i.e. two promotions. At 23 I architected and delivered a solution to automate the placing of adverts on a nationwide radio advertising platform for GWR. Phoenix trusted me to deliver on their largest ever account with 10 FTEs reporting directly to me.

At 19 I worked as a business analyst with Vertex/United Utilities and architected a number of solutions for their corporate KPI reporting office using Microsoft Access. During this time I worked directly with the director of field services.I worked full time for Vertex while studying full time for my computer science degree. Gaining 10,000 of real world experience is important.
