Occupational safety and health (also known as work safety and OSH) is an important indicator at the most successful companies of the level of success and care about safety and health, and is the primary guarantee of both staff and public health and satisfaction.BOZPO was established in 2003 to succeed a proprietorship that had been operating in the occupational safety and health sector since 1996, mainly with regional small and medium-sized enterprises. During this time, valuable and practical experience had been obtained in the mining and construction industries and also in practice in national supervision and inspection of work.BOZPO gradually grew out of the regional level and currently provides safety and health services throughout the Slovak Republic and also on request in the Czech Republic to businesses and organizations regardless of their size, number of employees and the type of work they do.Major sectors are the automotive industry and construction, where occupational safety and health is outsourced to BOZPO by the largest companies operating in the European Union and SlovakiaAs a specialised outsourcer, fire prevention and protection services are contracted out to BOZPO and we take full responsibility for these services. One of the biggest advantages of outsourcing is the human resources savings achieved in relation to quality and efficiency.One of our principles is to seek long-term and constructive cooperation. Our flexibility and willingness to participate in troubleshooting problems encountered by customers is clear regardless of a customer's size or the severity of the problem.BOZPO currently employs 85 people, of whom 70 are professional safety and licensed safety engineers. This team is currently complemented by a number of external contractors, together making BOZPO one of the largest OSH outsourcers.

At this time we do plan to merge not only professional actors in the field of occupational health and safety in construction sites, but also employers of the wide range of industrial performance. Within professional discussions we do organize or at meetings we do take part in organizing, we present possibilities of good practice sharing, legislation viewpoint from the side of the lawmakers including time and space for further detailed sharing of information.
