We have established a new Bosch plant in automotive, the Electric Mobility division. I was part of the controlling team and collaborated on the monthly closing activities, preparation of the business plan and the forecasts.My other responsibilities: Inventory Controlling, logistics cost panning, start up costs, routings, scrapping, energy and floor space planning.

In Automotive Company, I was member of International controlling team. I was the only local controller in Slovakia. I was responsible for group reports and also local monthly closing proces, budget proces, analysis of deviations, calculation of standard prices and transfer prices, cooperation on audit.

Analysis of a client portfolios , creation of a financial plan, service of a client portfolios, building and leading the team, communication with financial institutions, education.
