I'm responsible for 2 regions (BE and HU) DC Compute area as PO, including content, priority, budget, vendor management, audit and risk management. I work in SAFe organization.

I was responsible for server, storage, backup infrastructure and operation, hosting private cloud as well.Executed take over process of the Operation/Support activities of Data Center from Belgium to Hungary. My team was growing in this year in order to be able to support the Belgian DC activities as well.

My responsibility included the server, storage, backup infrastructure and operation, furthermore the group private cloud.A new reorganization occurred due to plating of the organization levels, therefore the Infrastructure Department disappeared. We started to use Agile in the infrastructure development and Hay methodology.Conducted preliminary study about taking over of the Operation/Support activities of the Belgian Data Center from Belgium to Hungary. The business case was positive, decided to start it in next year.

My responsibilities included 3 operation departments such as Server, Storage&Backup and Network, furthermore we hosted private cloud as well. 30+ people belonged to my team.Due to reorganization in 2013 a new department born, called Infrastructure Department included the Server, Storage&Backup and Network departments. I have got the mandate to lead this department.My job was to build the infrastructure as a homogeneous area and to manage it, furthermore I became a member of the management team of the company, so I took an active part in the management of the company since February 2013.My responsibilities were to manage and develop of the stabil, high availability data center infrastructure; vendor management; budget; change, incident and problem management.Temporarily I led the Telecom Department, too between November 2013 and May 2014.

I was responsible for Server infrastructure and operation. 15 people belonged to my team.During the data center migration project in 2011 I was requested to lead the server team of the new data center. My first job was to hire the people with the right competences to this area, team building; secondly operating our servers and applications close to the servers, furthermore providing so-called “shared” services toward our customers.

- Supporting the ICT Business Analysts in the developments started by the business, elaborating the technology and operational areas in the preliminary studies; - Supporting the internal ICT projects in the preparing and elaborating of infrastructure developments;- Adopting and having the knowledge of the global and local ICT infrastructure standards; - Acting for the infrastructure plans in the appropriate committees; - Following with attention of realization of the developments and the operation of the infrastructure;- Knowledge sharing, supporting the project leaders, project members and system administrators who work for the IT infrastructure area; - Participating in the ICT infrastructure developments, strategy planning at the KBC Group level; - Following with attention of the evolution of the certain infrastructure areas and services.From 2009 as the technical leader of a global project my responsibility was to migrate applications and servers of the K&H Bank Group and KHAB. By this we migrated our applications and servers from the legacy data centers to a new, modern twin data center (placed in HU), as the other Central-European entities of the KBC Group achieved as well.

I was responsible for 100+ bank applications, 30+ people belonged to my team.

I was responsible for implement and introduce a new front-end application in the bank and then operated it.
