Ecov déploie et exploite des solutions de covoiturage spontané structurées en ligne. A l’image d’une ligne de bus, les passagers peuvent se rendre d’un arrêt à un autre arrêt (pas de "porte à porte"). Nous facilitons le partage de "segments de trajets communs" entre les citoyens pour réduire les bouchons et la pollution. Ces services sont accessibles à tous et sans réservation préalable, sur des corridors définis en amont par les collectivités publiques. Cela est rendu possible grâce au meilleur des technologies numériques (application mobile, site web, parcours SMS, intégration systèmes MaaS, etc.) et aux panneaux lumineux connectés positionnés sur les flux de conducteurs, qui affichent les destinations demandées par les passagers.

Responsible for tenders and contracts profitability of the street furniture activity which is the most contributive and competitive segment of the company (€ 70 m yearly revenue) - development strategy and contracts profitability - 3 year plan implementation (€ 12 m investment per year) - coordination of tender responses including local lobbying, marketing, financial and legal issues with a team of 6 regional Directors and the HQ back Office - reporting to Clear Channel International

Responsible for key projects with direct reporting to the Deputy general manager - management of the Paris airports advertising tender : coordination of an international team, development of a new digital advertising model, business plan's elaboration including the creation of a Joint Venture, € 40 m investments - marketing coordinator for the asset optimisation's plan of the billboard activity (€ 10 m annual savings) - transformation plan of the Malls activity which is today the most digitalised activity of Clear Channel and represents ~10% of the total revenue
