Salesforce Solution Architect
CurrentOn TCS’s extended CRM- worked constantly very closely with business analysts, and business representative, to propose solutions that meet the needs and fit into the current architecture- refactored several processes that were not reliable enough (hitting governor limits, poorly managing error recovery) - designed and implemented major parts of the solution (as : the payment reconciliation process, the integration between Salesforce and Six payment services, bases on rest APIs)- design and implemented a new pricing module for flexible offers- in the growing internal development team, tech lead for design and implementation of a new Sales process (CPQ) based on custom objects for catalog rules settings, visualforce for GUI, apex for rule engine services (services also exposed and called by TCS e-commerce site)All designs done with a constant concern on preventing from hitting governor limits as the solution manages millions of accounts, contracts, invoices, and as Salesforce platform has limits easy to reach in that context.
