National Consultant, Logistics Solutions
Current• Provide deal execution support through subject matter expertise in logistics, retail shipping and Ecommerce solutions across the Canadian market.• Build and perform prospect relevant presentations and solution demonstrations, delivered in-person and remotely and conduct onsite business process analysis.• Work with internal teams (technology, logistics, professional services, etc.) to help design and communicate best-fit solutions for prospects based on uncovered needs and requirements• Develop continuous improvement strategies that address the client needs and requirements• Understands and develops a web of influence with client stakeholders to maximize opportunities with "C" level executives and key decision makers.• Communicate at various levels, including CxO, and across functional areas (technology, finance, logistics, Ecommerce, etc.) all the way down to product level.• Channel Partner & Government of Canada (GOC): business development, support and relationship management.• Support solutions deployment and ensures successful execution of compliance as per the project Statement of Work (SOW) and the clients expectations.• Active participation in after sale transition to consulting services.• Support sales pipeline and deal reviews; provide qualitative input on improvements.
