Ad-Vesz Zrt. is a traditional wholesaler company located in Miskolc, founded in 1991. The company is specialized for the distribution of household detergents, cosmetics and prepacked food items. That’s why we have strong relationship with all the biggest producers of branded goods, such as Unilever, Henkel, Reckitt Benckiser and Beiersdorf. The core business is selling the products to retail shops and other merchants on a competitive price with high quality service. Due to this commitment from the beginning, Ad-Vesz Zrt. reached a dominant position especially on North Eastern part of Hungary. I’m responsible for all sales related activities of the company.In April 2021 Ad-Vesz Zrt. became 100% owner of Festék 96 Kft. The main activity of Miskolc-based Festék 96 Kft. can be divided into three main parts: - retail trade of paint industry materials in six own stores- wholesale trade of paints and related accessories mainly in North-Eastern part of Hungary- supply of public institutions, schools and governmental entities by household detergents and cleaning accessoriesOur job is to develop both companies further after generational changes by preserving the original values and traditions.

Full P&L responsibility on Hungarian market for brands like NIVEA, Labello and Hansaplast.Leading a team of 17 people under challenging circumstances in FMCG sector.Build up the Hungarian sales strategy, implement it in line with corporate guideline.

Overall budget responsibility for confectionary business, taking care of brands like Boci, Kit Kat, Balaton, Smarties and After Eight.Working closely with three Key Account Managers, leading and supervising their daily operation.Complete restructure of sales strategy for a more profitable way of working.

Daily collaboration with the company’s key customers, leading yearly negotiations.During this period I used to work with all relevant retailers for short term or longer period.The most experiences are with Tesco due to more than five years’ cooperation.
