Little more than two decades ago I started in automotive industry curiously analyzing various facettes of the good old combustion engine with help of numerical computer programs.I would never have imagined that much later on my way such computer programs might be part of a software products and solutions portfolio created and continously improved by our great team.On my way through different positions in the organization I had the chance to get deep insights intoengineering, process analysis and optimization, project management and (!) people leadership.All of this turned out to become important puzzle pieces allowing me to extract a clear view on today'sgame changing transitions in our industry.
