Presence in Sweden, Norway and Finland: As Group CEO for Solera Beverage Group I have together with a talented team in a very short time turned around the performance of the Company. After 5 years of declining profits we are currently growing profits by over 70%. This fast turnaround of performance is due to a new Strategy that we built and implemented and became a full drinks company. We have fast growth in new categories outside of wine where we are already big. We grew sales through innovation, and through better brand building increased rate of sales and we strengthened our Sales organisation which improve further distribution and rate of sales. We improved profitability through Nordic efficiencies and better product mix in combination with building brands in order to take price. Diageo Global Commercial Director Route To Consumers (RTC) RTC is top priority for Diageo. I was in charge of transforming our RTC in Distributor markets globally and also in some other key countries where we have In Market Companies. I was also leading the Commercial agenda of our Ready To Drink products globally. I lead this in Asia, Africa, South America and in Europe.Diageo General Manager Central and Eastern Europe:I had GM responsibility of 32 distributor markets in Europe and I managed a team of ca 40 people in commercial, marketing, finance and logistics . We had had large success in beating the competition and drove double digit growth across these Distributor markets. We developed a way of working with distributors that was considered best pratice in Diageo which led me to my next role as Global Commercial Director for Distributor markets.
