Design and customer adaptation of software for warehouse management system - WMS.My area of responsibility is to design and implement solutions for both the user interface and the WMS core software on the server side. The user interface is developed in C-sharp, the server software is mainly implemented in C/C++ and developed in Linux enviroment. The server part also includes adaptation to third party bussines systems and underlying SQL data bases.

Troubleshooting and optimization of power KPI’s for all use cases in the mobile platform. This work involves power analysis and tuning of both dynamic and static power behaviour and includes both software and hardware in a Linux/Android environment.The work has been performed on ST-Ericsson’s generic platforms and on final customer products from Samsung, Sony and HTC.

Technical lead for the design and analysis for wired and wireless communication. The team was responsible for following the global standardisation work within WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, USB, analyse customer requirements and to define architectural solutions for these requirements in the mobile platform.

Mobile TV development:Development of drivers for third-party DVB-H chip sets from Texas Instruments and Samsung.Prestudies of different mobile TV standards (DVB-T, ISDB-T, MBMS)

Bluetooth and IrDA development:Development and adaptation of drivers for third-party Bluetooth chip set in customer mobile phones projects and for Ericsson's reference platform.Software development, certification and maintenance of Bluetooth protocol stack.Software development and maintenance of Infrared protocol stack (IrDA).

Development for audio control:Driver development for setting up and controlling audio paths in mobile devices depending on use case. This work also included development of control software for speech recognition.

Development of new robot controller.Responsible for operating system and general base functionallity. During this period I was active both as software developer and project lead. This work also included development of test strategies, automated builds and automated tests.The implementation was done in C/C++. The development environment was UNIX and Windows NT and the target system VxWorks.

Development and maintenance of industrial robot controllers.Responsible for design, implementation and bring up of DSP subsystem for position, speed and torque control. This work also included development of the DSP kernel/scheduler and communication with host controller, power drives and position sensors. The position also included adaptation and tuning of the generic robot controller to a variety of different robot types. Other contributions was implementation of safety features like position and speed supervision.The work was primarily done in C but also in DSP assembler. The development environment was UNIX and the target system VxWorks.
