General Management.Complete P&L responsibility for IKEA Industry Group Solid Wood business.Sales, development, program management, procurement and manufacturing of Solid Wood furniture to supply 320 IKEA stores globally.Operations included 22 profit centers across 11 sites and 5 countries. Forest management, harvesting, sawmills, glueboard/component manufacturing, furniture factories and global distribution.

Responsible for Jaguar, Land Rover, Nissan, Opel, Ford, Volvo and Saab business groups as well as all of Lear’s European and South African Just-In-Time seating plants and responsibility for Continuous Improvement, Quality and Industrial Engineering for the Cut & Sew and Metals plants. In total 37 plants throughout Europe and Africa.

Managing Director Lear Corporation Sweden AB ( responsible for 2 seat assembly plants, 1 door panel assembly plant, 1 instrument panel manufacturing plant, 1 injection moulding plant and our Cockpit assembly plant as well as quality, purchasing, engineering, finance, hr, it, sales and program management. In total 3.500 employees and sales amounting to 5 billion SEK.August 1, 2004, I was promoted to Vice President, Seating Operations Europe and Africa. Responsible for 24 seat assembly plants in Europe and 4 seat assembly plants in South Africa. Total sales 4,5 billion usd and number of employees amounted to 10.000 people.On July 14th, 2005, I was announced responsible for all of Lear Corporation Interior Products Division, Europe and Africa. Responsibility includes 51 Plants ( design, engineering, manufacturing and assembly of automotive seat systems, door panels, instrument panels, headliners, injection mouldings etc.) with annual sales amounting to an excess of 6 billion USD and 20.000 employees. The Interior Products, all non Seating or Electrical/Electronics, has consequently been divested to Wilbur Ross Private Equity and we are now back to being a company consisting of Seating and Electrical/Electronics as core business.

Overall responsibility for the Development, Manufacturing and Procurement of airbag cushions in Europe for Autoliv. Managing all of Autoliv Textiles airbag business in Sweden, Holland, UK and Poland for supply to all major OEMs in Europe.

World wide financial responsibility for the group of 9 manufacturing and assembly plants in Europe, US, Canada, Australia and joint ventures in Shanghai and Thailand. Total number of employees ca 3000 and annual sales 500 MUSD.

Director of Finance Lear Corporation Sweden AB in charge of the integration of Lear Sweden post the acquisition of Borealis Industrier ( Tidaholm instrument panel manufacturing, Tanum door panel manufacturing, Gnosjöplast injection moulding and blow moulding, Färgelanda injection moulding and climate systems assembly, Arendal sequencing center, Ljungby in mould coating operations in all approximately 1.800 employees and 250 musd in sales) into Lear Corporation Sweden AB making it a 500 MUSD company with 3000+ employees.Merged the Swedish entities from 6 legal entities into 2.

Lead the integration after the acquisition of Sepi S.p.A (all Fiat’s seat assembly and metals structures business) in italy, Poland and South America into Lear Corporation reporting and management structure.Held the position as Finance Director responsible for all of our business outside of Italy i.e. Poland, Turkey and South America as well as JV's. Established joint ventures or Royalty agreements with various partners in India, Morocco and Egypt to support Fiat’s international expansion with seat supply.
