I am responsible for project planning and management, as well as the architecture, implementation, and management of IT operations, including infrastructure, storage, telecommunications, network security solutions, Service Desk, local Data Center, Google Cloud Platform, and Google Workspace.On a day-to-day basis, I am in charge of identifying and defining scope, requirements, and objectives with the team, and managing the team, which currently consists of 18 employees. Additionally, I create indicators to track tickets, processes, and feedback, as well as dashboards to monitor patterns and trends. I facilitate ceremonies and help remove project barriers. I monitor project financial activities and present improvement opportunities.I also supervise tasks related to application modernization, software development, automation of tasks in government portals, generation of reports from processed and stored data, primarily using Python, and API creation.I handle logistics, contract management, and audits for existing contracts, particularly in the areas of dedicated internet links, TCP/IP protocols, PABX/IP and WebEx solutions for communications, equipment supply, cloud services, and flexible costs. I also execute tasks related to Fortinet firewall and cloud architecture.Lastly, I have had the opportunity to organize IT fairs and events and support the maintenance of partnerships in the areas of technological innovation, MVP analysis, and startup acceleration.

Consulting for aligning meetings of various actors, organizing events and training courses, elaborating feedbacks and opinions, feeding databases, and implementing organizational systems and guidelines.

Formulation of official documents and texts, elaboration of legislative proposals, feeding and maintenance of databases, elaboration of opinions about processes and improvements, and implementation of projects to support third sector entities in the scope of the Regulatory Framework of Civil Society Organizations.
