Direct leadership of 28 and indirect leadership of 5 (third parties and cross teams).Main atributions:• Delivery of projects and results and presentation of KPIs and other indicators to Managers, Directors and VP Brazil and VP USA.Main projects and deliveries:• Team restructuring project focused on improving the development of operational team activities, focusing on diversity and inclusion in the team, improving costs and plant safety, with a continuous search for automation projects in a production plant.

Responsable del equipo administrativo y operativo en una planta química de desempeño, realizando proyectos de reestructuración del equipo, enfocándose en aumentar la diversidad, proyectos realizados para el control de costos y nuevos proyectos dentro de la unidad productiva con enfoque en la seguridad de procesos y personas, dentro de la planta de Guaratinguetá. Liderazgo de 28 directos y 5 indirectos (terceros y equipos cross).

Report to the Production Manager. Responsible for the production team of the Resins plant with large expansion projects, seeking to improve processes and increase productivity, assessing risks, new processes and products, in addition to production costs. Direct leadership of 36.Main atributions:• Occupancy control and time optimization in reactors, monitoring and dealing with inefficiencies via OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness.• Management of costs by productive inventories and auxiliary materials, avoiding reducing waste and increasing the cost of the product.• Plant preparation for Responsible Care audit, and for answered audits of ISO 9001, 14001, customer audits and ISO IATF 16949.Main projects and deliveries:• Reuse of materials in production, bringing savings of R$ 2 MM per year, in addition to efficiency, environmental impact, cost reduction and consumption of packaging that could be reused in the production chain. Participation in the structuring, execution and monitoring of the project.

Report to the Production Manager. Responsible for managing the factory leaving it organized, free of accidents and incidents, efficiently meeting the monthly volumes and dates of the automakers. Leadership of the operational team of 35 people, distributed among 4 automotive paint factories with different technologies.Main atributions:• Responsible for answered audits of ISO 900A, 14001 certification, customer audits and ISO IATF 16949.• Application of Lean tools training to gain productivity and Kanban to reduce complexity.• Participation in the leadership meeting and presentation of cost, safety, quality KPIs and strategies to achieve goals.Main projects and deliveries:• Plant preparation for Responsible Care audit, resulting in a Green result.• Restructuring of the operational team, enabling greater participation of the team in factory decisions, team unity.• Expertise in defining strategy together with Management, mapping the profile of each employee vs. each position and redistribution of activities to optimize processes. • Opportunities Project - Objective: improvement of processes considering lead time for release, production and complexity reduction with tank optimization, allowing mixtures of some specific colors within the same tank, reducing the value produced during production and avoiding cross contamination of products. Responsible for the strategy, conducting meetings and presenting to the client, interfacing with the areas involved, monitoring tests until expansion, creating a lean process and serving the client with the shortest lead time.

Report to the Production Manager. Responsible for the risk analysis process within the production area, with the aim of reducing the number of incidents and accidents at the plant and meeting industry standards.Main atributions:• Chemical plant safety analysis with the application of specific tools, reviewing and preparing documents for regulatory bodies, documentation to meet the transport of hazardous products, classifications of areas in accordance with current regulations.• Realization of work permits in classified areas.• Responsible for applying training to the team on protection issues, regulatory standards, process safety, PPE, hazardous substances and their respective assessments and risks.• Risk analyzes focused on reducing incidents and ensuring the indicator of 0 accidents and spills.Main deliveries and highlights:• Winner of the BASF Safety Award for the Process Safety Incident Reduction Project, bringing a reduction in one year from 36 to 0 events, with sustainability of the result for 3 consecutive years from 2014 to 2017. Representative and one of the project leaders , responsible for applying the concept in 4 automotive paint and varnish factories.• Day-to-day safety - training of the entire operational team, enabling the maintenance of zero accident indicators, reduction in the number and volume of spilled materials, in addition to risk mitigation within the chemical industry.

Main atributions:• Programming 4 automotive paint and varnish factories with different technologies and batch sizes.• Preparation of specific reports for production service.• Conducting inventories of chemicals and other peripherals.

Main atributions:• Elaboration of productivity reports.• Requests for raw materials and production reports.• Participation in system changes and optimizations in SAP, creation of specific reports to detect failures in material write-offs and deviation of costs in production.

Main atributions:• Operation of factory equipment for the production of automotive paints, dispersers, mills and completion tanks.• Conducting laboratory material release tests.• Operation in classified areas.• Participation and operational support in the project to optimize resources in mills and color standardization, which brought about a reduction in grinding and dispersion times and process optimization.
