Technical support, instructions, development and last but not least at a personal level.When joining the MilSatCom group, operators where historically focused on the operational aspects of managing the links.As a first member with a technical background and at that moment lacking Satcom's knowledge I've researched each and any frequently made modem setting and documented those. Once completed, this documentation was used to train the existing and new operators providing them the technical insight of made choices limiting operational issues and shorting restoration times.Het cluster MilSatCom is verantwoordelijk voor het monitoren, beheren en tot stand brengen van alle satellietverbindingen.
