• Attendance at meetings for interpretation purposes;• Translation of documents as and when required;• Overview of translation/interpretation and quality control of translated materials;• Conduct quality control of his/her translation before submitting it to the client; • Filing of project documents and drawings in conjunction with project and corporate naming and numbering procedure.• Issuing and receiving of controlled documentation and creation of general electronic transmittals to the Project, Client and Contractors.• Archiving, retrieval and storage of documentation adhering to company standards and policies.• Checking that all information complies with specified company formats, templates and standards.• Assisting the Document Control team with the issue, receipt and tracking of all deliverables through to close out and handover stage.• The awareness of all necessary procedures to ensure that Document Management is carried out at optimum effectiveness.• Data entry into content management system ensuring data validation and revision control.• All information created, reviewed and published aligns with classification scheme and company retention and disposal guidelines.• All AECOM SH&E Standards, Policies, Procedures and Guidelines must be implemented.

 Provide oral and written interpretation services  Verify information from original text in order to ensure appropriate interpreting  Ensure that all written translations conform to the original text in terms of technicality and terminology  Discuss interpretation requirements to ensure error free documents  Ensure that both content and style of statements in communicated effectively  Proofread end document and make any necessary changes  Listen carefully to conversations and provide verbatim interpretation  Ensure that the context of the language isn’t altered during interpretation  Translate sentences spoken or written in English into Azerbaıjani and vice versa  Check original text to ensure that translation is accurate  Adapt translations to grade levels as instructed  Translation of documents in English, Azerbaijani, Turkish and Russian  Working with Microsoft office programs, internet, outlook express, Auto Cad  Working with SDMS and BIW programs Translating contracts and other documentation of the company in 3 languages in Russian, English, Azerbaijani.  Present Material Submittals, Method of Statements, Drawings, Health and Safety Plans and other technical documents in two (Azerb. and English) languages.  Document review and approvals from Main Contractor, discussing them. 
