Responsible for providing functional strategic leadership and quality execution of technology solutions and support related to the Cox product suite - Broadband, Video, Homelife and Voice.

 Responsible for managing a budget of over $20M to support new development, enhancements and lifecycle management of syndicated products. Accountable for building strong cross-functional technology and business relationships with all levels of management to create an environment of trust and effective collaboration to achieve success.

 Responsible for partnering across 17 functional areas and 40+ key stakeholder to craft strategic plans, define roadmaps, program delivery and execution, risk mitigation/management and executive communications. Oversight for a team of Delivery Leaders and Analysts to ensure projects are delivered using solutions, principles and best practices that will enable project success, on time and within budget. Delivery Manager for the Cox Homelife and Data/Broadband Syndication Program focused on expanded technology to enable the product goal of advanced features and products for an enhanced customer experience.

 Served as one of the Technology Lead Project Managers under the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS)/Harmony Program, a multi-year program budgeted at $400M. Successfully lead and managed infrastructure and software development throughout the project lifecycle for the Cox Telephony customer management tool (desktop and mobile).  Provides effective liaison with Technology partners, Senior leadership, Business stakeholders and Customers.

 Program Manager for IVR Call Center Technology Voice Portal Platform. Responsible for managing Technology project priorities against the Business roadmap, identifying project collisions and monitoring progress, issues and risks. Lead PM for projects budgeted at $1M+ focused on increasing authentication, greater self-service efficiency, and improving the customer experience within the IVR Call Center Technology Voice Portal Platform which spans over 60 million callers, with 1/3 of the transactions being completed within the IVR.  PM/BA for Payments & Billing; evaluate the impacts and risks of technical and functional changes from multiple perspectives, assign tasks that are necessary to reduce or eliminate those considerations, work with internal and external resources to deliver successfully. Responsible for maintenance and support for the back-end payment applications which support over $4 billion in payments made annually via the various Cox self-service payment channels. Work with 3rd party payment vendors and offshore resources for development, design and test case execution.  Define, document and implement requirements, scope, LOE and estimates based on business customer needs.
