As a Project Executive in Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu, under DHAN Foundation's SHG-based Kalanjiam and AFG- Based Vayalagam initiative, I lead the SUHAM (Sustainable Healthcare Advancement) program, serving over 15,000 SHG members and their families. With a thorough understanding of local governance, women-led community organizations, project management, and its M&E, ,Documenting all the activities, stakeholder collaboration, and participatory planning, I have significant experience in tribal, urban (semi-urban), and rural contexts. Proficient in Microsoft Office, public speaking, management, leadership, and community mobilization, I am a dedicated development professional with a PG Diploma in Community Health from The DHAN Academy (initiated by Tata Trust) and am currently pursuing an M.A. in Rural Development Studies from IGNOU.
