Investigating the In transit materials/Goods..Inward/Outward managements.Shadowing the vehicles and riders. Entry and Exit managements.Investigating the theft cases prepare IR and shared. Investigating forcefully taken & open, lost cases. Investigating shortage/ damaged shipment received from origin. Taking care of Physical security also. Controlling on Shrink.Investigating of Rider's.Investigating the goods quality and quantity. Investigating cases and submitting reports related to complain raised by customer for discrepancy such as stone, shoes, empty box etc...Liaison with police, FIR process with Court and other legal procedure.Providing training to guards and employees for safety, Fire cleanliness and adhering to various SOP. Audit of Stores and share the report to the superior through mail and Portal.Taking care of fire & safety, EHS related issues.Conducting Mock drill/Fire safety training awareness and share report to the stakeholders.Loss mitigation. PI( physical Inventory) audit.
