The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) is a non-profit organisation and aregistered charity. Established in 1985, IMNDA supports people with motor neuronedisease (MND), their families and carers through the services and supports that aredelivered throughout Ireland.Key services include home visits by MND outreach nurses, financial assistance towardshome help, and the supply of specialised equipment and communication aids on loan, andcounselling grants for those with MND and their families.IMNDA also funds and promotes research into the causes and treatments of MND.

• County responsibility for commissioning, designing and implementing programmes and interventions specifically to reduce offending behaviour.• Line management of a diverse workforce in a number of roles including police, probation, social workers, YOT workers and health professionals• Oversight and responsibility for delivering the business plan for the Lancashire Youth offending Team within local team offices. Reducing offending behaviour within the locality and achieving best outcomes for young people, their families and the wider community.• Management of budget for programmes and interventions for the county. • Management of risk and crisis situations and support of staff in stressful high pressure situations.
