Roles & Responsibilities: • As a Recruiter, Sourcing resumes in Job portals like Monster, Dice and linked in based on the requirement. • Manage the end-to-end Recruitment Life Cycle for temp and permanent hiring, Source suitable resumes from our internal database, Job boards, Internet Research, networking, etc.• Screening the profiles suitable for the Client's requirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skills and assignments to be handled.• Negotiating of rates on 1099/w2/corp to corp/1099 on W2/W2 on 1099.• Responsible for contract & contract-hire placements of IT professionals for clients across the USA and internal recruitment.• Regular follow-ups were done with both the client and the consultants for interview status update and consultant performance feedback.• Sourcing requirements in Job portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, LinkedIn and Etc. Sending the resume to the appropriate jobs that match the consultant’s skills. Following up with the contact person of the job. Sending hot list of consultants to the pool of vendors, and using other innovative strategies in marketing.• Working with the Vendors on the paper work like MSA, Vendor letter, Client letter and offer confirmation email from the client that vendor got for the consultants.• Resume submission to the respective on-shore account managers or in client Application Tracking System (ATS) and Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Responsibilities : • Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle.• Bulk Hiring and doing recruitment drive (Off Campus and On Campus).• Interacting with the hiring managers to understand the Job Requirements as well as take help of Search Portals and candidates to understand specifications.• Screening the profiles suitable for the Client's requirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skills and assignments to be handled.• Negotiating of rates on 1099/w2/corp to corp/1099 on W2/W2 on 1099.• Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals (Dice, Monster), networking sites like Linked in and internal referrals.• Screening the profiles as per requirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skills and assignments to be handled.• Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.• Conducting preliminary round of interviews of candidates before sending their profile to the manager by meeting them .
